1. Who these terms are with

The service is operated by The Noble House of Brattleby Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16636213, registered office 85 Uxbridge Road, London, England, W5 5BW, United Kingdom. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Current status of the service

The service is presently operated as a preview. No course has been released through publication governance, nothing is offered for sale, and no payment is taken. Availability is not guaranteed and material may change or be withdrawn.

3. Accounts

An account is personal to you. You must give accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly at private.secretary@noblehousebrattleby.co.uk if you believe your account has been used without your authority. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

Where an organisation sponsors your access, that organisation may see the access it granted and the record arising from it. It cannot see unrelated personal learning or credentials.

4. Study and access

Access is granted to a specific version of a course. Enrolment pins that version, so the material you are assessed against does not shift beneath you while you study. Access granted is not the same as payment, and payment would not be the same as access: entitlement is decided by the institution's access rules and may be withdrawn where it was granted in error, has expired, or has been abused.

5. Intellectual property

All course material, assessment content, question banks and institutional text are owned by The Noble House of Brattleby Ltd or used under rights recorded by us. You may read and study the material and take personal notes. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, resell, scrape, use for machine-learning training, or create derivative teaching material from it without our prior written permission.

6. Examination terms

• Eligibility to sit is decided by the institution against the recorded requirements for the course version concerned.
• Examination timing is authoritative on our servers. Closing the browser, losing connectivity or interfering with the clock does not extend an attempt.
• The question set for an attempt is fixed at the moment the attempt starts and is preserved immutably with your answers.
• You must sit unaided unless the examination expressly permits otherwise. Impersonation, collusion, copying or distributing question content, and any attempt to obtain answer keys or manipulate scoring are prohibited.
• Scoring is objective and applies the pass standard recorded in the examination policy for that examination. A submitted attempt cannot be altered afterwards.
• Candidates are not shown answer keys, per-question correctness of unpublished items, or internal scoring data.
• Where an outcome is disputed, an appeal may be lodged in writing and will be considered against the preserved attempt record.

7. Credential terms

A credential is a record held by the institution. A certificate document is only a representation of that record; where the two differ, the record governs. Passing an examination does not by itself produce a credential — issuance is a separate, governed act.

A credential is issued to a named holder, carries a credential number, and is issued by the issuer identity pinned at the moment of issue. It may be suspended, revoked or replaced where it was issued in error, where the underlying evidence is found to be false or obtained by misconduct, or where a lifecycle condition recorded against it requires it. Verification will then show the current state.

You may show your verification address to anyone you wish. Presenting a credential you do not hold, altering a certificate, or misstating what a credential signifies is a serious breach of these terms.

8. What we claim and do not claim

Noble House of Brattleby is an independent institution. We hold no accreditation, statutory authority, governmental recognition, royal patronage or professional-body recognition, and we claim none. Our credentials attest to what our own examinations measured, and nothing more.

Material on etiquette, protocol, diplomacy and conduct is educational. It reflects a British standard where stated, which is not presented as universal, and it is not legal, diplomatic, safeguarding or professional advice.

9. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain access to records or functions you are not authorised to reach, probe or interfere with the security of the service, automate bulk retrieval of content or verification data, or use the service unlawfully or to harass others. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, and will say why where we lawfully can.

10. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis while in preview. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on educational material as if it were professional advice. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may amend these terms; the date above will change and continued use signifies acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
