Assessment and credentialing standards
Noble House of Brattleby treats knowledge, examination and credential as separate things. Completing a course is not passing an examination; passing an examination is not holding a credential.
Curriculum is version-pinned
A course is published as an approved version. Enrolment records progress against that exact version, so what a learner studied can always be reconstructed. An approved version is immutable; change requires a new version.
Specialist review where the subject demands it
Courses touching royal, diplomatic or cross-cultural material are held at a specialist gate and cannot be published until a qualified reviewer records a decision. No machine actor may substitute for that judgement.
Examination is server-authoritative
The clock, the question snapshot and the scoring all live on the server. A candidate never receives the answer key, the scoring weights or another candidate's data. Attempts are immutable once submitted.
A pass is not a credential
Passing an examination establishes eligibility. Issuance is a separate governed decision recorded against a credential type and version, with its own lifecycle: active, expired, revoked or replaced.
Verification is public but narrow
Each credential carries a verification address that a third party may check without an account. The response discloses only what the holder's disclosure policy permits — never the wider record.
